FamilyID General Information
DeRuyter Central School is pleased to announce we will be able to conduct online registration through the use of FamilyID
What is FamilyID?
FamilyID is a secure data platform that provides user-friendly registration with school programs. Student data is saved and you will be able to reuse again for future programs. The convenience of this online registration minimizes the need for multiple documents and paperwork needed for registrations. You can even track the log of changes, you and the organization have made to a registration.
Before Your Register:
Before you register, students must have a current physical within the past 12 months signed by a physician. If a student’s physical expires during a sports season, they will not be eligible to play until a new physical exam has been completed.
In addition, it is recommended to have the following information handy to allow for accurate completion of your online registration: physical information, health history, health insurance information, physical and emergency contact information.
Please note that registration links will not be available/live until at least 30 days prior to the start of the season.
